In a cooker add chopped onion fry till light brown add ginger garlic paste and saute

Now add green chilli paste salt mutton, fry for 3-4 mins

Add all dry ingredients and beaten curd cook till oil separates add water and take 4-5 whistle

Remove the pressure and add chopped Gongura (Ambada) and palak and take one more whistle.

Off the gas your Gongura palak Gosht is ready to serve with rice or with roti.
