Gem squash filled with creamed sweet corn
Cooking Instructions

Slice the gem squash into half. Place them in a pot of boiling water. Cook until soft. Remove the seeds with a spoon and keep warm

Slice spring onion and chilli peppers into small pieces and crush up the garlic. Heat the pan and add sesame oil sauté for 30 seconds

Turn down the heat and add creamed sweetcorn and heat through
- 4
Place the cut gem squash inside a oven tray. Fill each gem squash with sweetcorn mix
- 5
Add a tablespoon of bread crumps to each gem squash and bake in the oven for 5min on low heat.
- 6
Serve with a side of steamed kale. and Enjoy 😊
