  1. 250 mltomato concentrate
  2. 300 gramsspaghetti
  3. 1/2 ozdried tomatoes
  4. 1 mediumonion
  5. 1/2 lbblack olives
  6. 20 gramsbasil
  7. 1/4 tbspbutter
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 300 gramsgrated cheese
  10. 200 gramsmushrooms
  11. 2 clovegarlic

    Peel and dice the onion.

  2. 2

    Mash the garlic.

  3. 3

    Preheat the frying pan and melt butter.

  4. 4

    Add tomato concentrate.

  5. 5

    Fry garlic and onion.

  6. 6

    Dice the dried tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Cut olives into "rings".

  8. 8

    Slice the mushrooms.

  9. 9

    Add other ingredients to the sauce.

  10. 10

    Cook approximately 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    Boil 1,5 l water with salt (1 tbsp salt per 1 l water).

  12. 12

    Cook the pasta "al dente" (about 10 minutes).

  13. 13

    Mix the pasta with the sauce.

  14. 14

    Cut the basil and add to the pasta.

  15. 15

    Sprinkle the pasta with cheese and decorate with basil.

  16. 16

    Serve immediately.
