Ingredients

  1. 12large tomatoes chopped
  2. 2large onions diced
  3. 2large green peppers diced
  4. 2large red peppers diced
  5. 1 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  6. 1 1/2 tbspsalt
  7. 2 tspdry mustard
  8. 2 tspsugar and 2 of brown
  9. 2 tspchilli powder
  10. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  11. 3/4 tspcumin
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  13. 1/2 tspred pepper flackes
  14. 3large jalapenos seede and diced
  15. 1/4 bunchcilantro chopped
  16. 7jalapenos or 3 -4 habrinaros

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients to a large pasta pot.

  2. 2

    Reduce heat to a strong simmer uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Chill and serve with your favorite chips
