Ingredients

  1. 1/2 headCauliflower
  2. 1/2 cupMilk
  3. 1/3 cupFlour
  4. 1 tspGarlic powder
  5. 1 tspYogurt butter
  6. 1/2 cupFranks redhot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350*

  2. 2

    Mix flour, milk & garlic powder

  3. 3

    Dip each piece of cauliflower into mixture

  4. 4

    Place onto pan & bake for 18 minutes

  5. 5

    Mix yogurt butter & hot sauce in separate bowl

  6. 6

    When wings are done let sit for 2-3 minutes then put them in the sauce bowl and stir
