1 cupwheat flour
1/4 cupsemolina
1 cupmix sag(methi,palak,dhaniya)
1big size of potato boiled
1small size of onion finely chopped
2green chilli chopped
to tasteSalt
as needed mustard oil

Mix all ingredients exceptional mustard oil

Make dough

Make roti with the help of roller pin

Cook both of side with mustard oil
