Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupsemolina
  3. 1 cupmix sag(methi,palak,dhaniya)
  4. 1big size of potato boiled
  5. 1small size of onion finely chopped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as needed mustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash &cut sag(green leafy vegetables)

  2. 2

    Great potato

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients exceptional mustard oil

  4. 4

    Make dough

  5. 5

    Make roti with the help of roller pin

  6. 6

    Cook both of side with mustard oil

  7. 7

    Serve with tangy tomato chutney..
