Dry roast besan and keep aside

Apply little salt turmeric and red chilli powder on eggs nicely, keep aside

Heat 3tsp oil in a kadai fry eggs till golden brown, keep aside

Add remaining oil in the same kadai and fry onion till golden

Add g g paste and green chillies fry well on medium flame

Add dry masalas and fry nicely

Add tomato paste cook covered for 2- 4 minutes when it is fried add roasted besan

Saute for 1 minute add 1 cup water and salt, let it boil
- 9
Now add eggs and cover the kadai and cook for 3 minutes lastly add garam masala powder and kasoori methi
