Boil the potatoes. Peel it and cut in square keep it side.

Take a pan. Add oil when it heat add Rai and jeera when it crackle...add hing, turmeric, chilli powder now add potatoes and mix well add water.

When potatoes gravy boil add salt, sugar and lemon juice....bring it on boil for some time. While boiling.... smash some potatoes from the side with help of spatula...gravy become little thick. Taste it if something is less add.

Serve in bowl.....add sev on it. Ready to eat easywala breakfast.
