Wash and Chop spinach leaves into small pieces and blanch them covered in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they wilt

Boil the sweet corn until tender

Melt butter in a wok/pan and sauté the flour for 1-2 minutes

Add sugar, salt, milk and blend into a smooth paste and no lumps are seen

Add chopped spinach,boiled sweet corn and cheese

Blend all the ingredients well and take off heat

Slice bread loaf into halves

Apply a generous portion of the sandwich spread onto each side of the loaf and slice into bite sized pieces

Tip:you may choose to add the cheese on TOP and microwave as well instead of blending them with the sauce
