Ingredients

  1. For fritters :-
  2. 1Spring onion bundle chopped
  3. 5Garlic cloves minced
  4. 2 cupCauliflower cut into small pieces
  5. 1big onion sliced
  6. 2 cupBesan
  7. Water
  8. Oil
  9. 2Green chilli chopped
  10. leavesHand full of coriander
  11. leavesHand full of curry
  12. 1 pinchCooking soda
  13. For chutney :-
  14. 1 cupPlain yogurt -
  15. leavesHand full of mint
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 tbspGrated ginger
  18. 2Green chillies chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl take besan, water as needed, salt, cooking soda.mix properly for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Now add spring onions, onions, cauliflower, garlic, Green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves & mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a Kadhai & throw besan mixture into oil & fry until crispy. Put them out from oil and absorb excess oil using tissue paper.

  4. 4

    Chutney :- put all the ingredients written under chutney & make a smooth puree. Chutney is ready...
