Cut soya Chaap into 1"to 1/2"pieces

Ek bowl me curd and malai ko achhe se mix karein

Ginger garlic paste and green chilli, coriander, mint paste, chilli flakes salt, jeera powder into the malai curd mixture. Mix well

Marinate soya Chaap with this mixture. Keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

After 4-5 hours remove it from refrigerator. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well.

Grill it for 10 minutes.

Hariyali Soya Chaap is ready.onion rings se garnish karein aor garamgaramserve karein
