  9. 1 tspdhania Powder
  10. 1/2 tspamchur Powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala Powder
  12. 1/2 tspAjwain
  13. as neededOil
  14. 1/2 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Atta or makki ke atte m salt or ghee mix kar ke dough ready karein.

  2. 2

    Ek bowl m veggies or masale mix karein.atte ki loe bnakr 1 tsp filling bhre or paranthe ki shape m bele.

  3. 3

    Tawa garam karein or paranthe ko oil lagakar dono side se sek le.makki ke atte se Parantha khasta bnta hai.

  4. 4

    Curd,pickle or butter ke sath serve karein.
