Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2onions cut length wise
  3. 2 tbspghee or butter
  4. 1 bowlcow milk
  5. 1/4 tspRed chilli
  6. 1/4 tspGarsm masala
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspHeeng
  9. 1/2 tspJeera
  10. For marination
  11. 2 bowlsCoriander leaves
  12. 1/2 bowlpudina leaves
  13. 1-2green chillies
  14. Small piece of ginger
  15. 2 tbspcurd
  16. 2 tbspkaju
  17. 1 tsplemon juice
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. Achari masala..
  20. 1 tspsaunf
  21. 1 tspjeera
  22. 1 tspmethidana
  23. 1 tspsason /mustard seeds
  24. 1 tspCoriander seeds
  25. 1/2 tsp hing
  26. 1/2 tspkali mirch/black pepper
  27. 2dried red chillies

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast the achari masala then grind in to coarse paste keep it aside

  2. 2

    Now paste the ingredients mentioned for marination of green leaves with ginger chillies cadhews curd salt and lime juice

  3. 3

    Now add grounded masala in it and make a fine paste by using little water

  4. 4

    Cut paneer in cubes and mix in a bowl with green leaves and masala paste and marinate it for 15 to 20 mins

  5. 5

    Now in a kadhai heat ghee add heeng and jeera then add onions fry till light brown don't fry too much

  6. 6

    Then add marinated paneer in it along with milk mix salt to taste if needed red chilli and garam masala cook till all the ingridients mix nicely and oil comes up

  7. 7

    Serve hot garnish per choice...best go with naan or kulcha or lachcha parantha
