  3. 1 tspblack pepper
  4. 1 tsplemon pepper
  5. 1 tsppaprika
  6. 1 tspchili powder
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. 1 dashyellow mustard
  9. 1 tbspworchestershire
  10. 1 packagesonion soup mix
  11. 1 tbspApple cider vinegar
  12. 1 canbeer
  13. 5 mediumpotatoes

  1. 1

    marinade roast in beer, worchestershire, mustard, and vinegar overnight. add dry seasoning as a rub and firmly massage into meat. cut potatoes into quarters. place around roast. cover and cook in marinade 300°F for 3-4 hours or desired tenderness
