Clean wash chop then blanch palak with sugar and pinch salt to maintain it's green colour drain water then wash the palak in running water and make purie

Take Mushrooms cut into 4...boil in water for 2 minutes drain the all water and keep it aside.

Make purie of tomatoes ginger and green chillies

Take karahi/wok put ghee or butter with oil add heeng jeera let it crackle mix besan and roast it nicely

Add tomato purie cook with stirring till oil comes up

Add salt lal mirch and dhania powder garammasala and saunf powder with.kitchen king powder mix with purie

Now add mushrooms cook for some time add palak purie cover the karahi with plate

Cook at simmer till it leaves the sides of kadhai and ghee comes up on the top.

Turn off the flame top up with butter and serve with roti naan or parantha
