Steps

Take a large pan while cooking palak so it can splatter, heat oil in a pan/kadai, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add chopped giner and cook for a 2min and fry till golden, it will take 5-6min. Gredn chilli and saute for 2min.

Now add tomato and cook till oul separates, this will take 5-7min.

Add red chilli and turmeric and Amchur powder and cook for 1min.

Add palak puree amd mix well and cook for 5-8nin. (Do not coverbthe pan.

, if you cover you won't get the rich green colour

Now add salt, add water if required

Now finally add the paneer cubes and simmer the gravy for 8-10min.

Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cream if you desire

Serve hot with rotis or steamed rice.
