Steps

Wash and soak the rice in water and keep it aside.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

Heat oil,add green cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves & cumin seeds.

Add onions,green chillies till they turn light brown.

Put the tomato paste in the pan and fry it until it turns granules.

Now put all vegetables, salt and red chilli powder in the pan and continue stirring. Fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes

Add roasted dry fruits to it.

In the remaining oil add Cinnamon, sauté for few seconds, ghee and rice and mix well. Add 3 and ½ cups of water and cook it in pressure cooker upto 1 whistle.

It's ready to serve.Enjoy
