Lemon Bundt cake
This is one of my favourite cakes.
Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and oil the bundt pan

Prep all your ingredients

Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy and pale in colour (about 3-4 minutes).

Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Add the flour mixture (in three additions) alternately with the lemon juice (in two additions), mixing until you have a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
Bake about 40 - 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - 7
Place on a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes, then gently remove the cake from the bundt pan
