Break eggs in a bowl,beat for 20minutes.cut the fresh pepper and onion.

Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan,pour in the onion and fresh pepper with a pinch of salt.

Fry for 2minutes and pour in the egg.fry for 2minutes turn and the sauce is ok.
