Ingredients

  • 4 sliceYam
  • 1Onion
  • Salt
  • 3Fresh pepper
  • 2Eggs
  • 1cooking spoon Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and boil the yam with a 1/2 teaspoon of salt,boil for 12minutes and drain the water.

  2. 2

    Break eggs in a bowl,beat for 20minutes.cut the fresh pepper and onion.

  3. 3

    Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan,pour in the onion and fresh pepper with a pinch of salt.

  4. 4

    Fry for 2minutes and pour in the egg.fry for 2minutes turn and the sauce is ok.
