Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 lbboneless chicken
  2. 4 cupmild cheddar cheese
  3. Garlic salt
  4. 16 ozTexas chilli/no beans
  5. 1small jar of hot chunky salsa
  6. 1 packagesmed flower tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Season cheese with garlic salt to your taste

  3. 3

    Boil drain and shred chicken

  4. 4

    Greese baking pan

  5. 5

    Roll cheese and chicken in warmed tortilla and place in baking dish

  6. 6

    Heat chilli and salsa on stove top and pour over enchiladas in pan

  7. 7

    Cover with remaining cheese and optional onions diced peppers ect..

  8. 8

    Bake covered 30-40 minutes at 350
