Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cuphot coffee
  • 50 gmsdark chocolate
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 3 tbscocoa
  • 3eggs
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 tbsvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate in hot chocolate or microwave

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in one large bowl and whisk till batter

  3. 3

    Bake at 180 for 60mins

  4. 4

    For the butter cream - butter, cocoa, icing sugar whisk to a paste

  5. 5

    Cream cake in 2layers and enjoy before serving.
