1/4 kgChana daal,
1/4 kg Jaggry,
1 tspElaichi powder,
1/2 tspshoonta powder,
3 tbspMaida,
as needed Ghee
1/2 tspJayfal powder,

Chana daal Boiled kar ke Lena,after that boiled water remove from that daal, Jaggry make small piece & than both daal & Jaggry mixed it well & again boil for some time

Put jayphal shoonta & Velchi powder into it, after that in pooran machine put all this mixture & make one proper powder mixture.
3

Maida ke atta ghoond Lena.& Half an hour rakhana, make Maida one gola put pooran into it & salo fry karana with Ghee.
