  1. 1 tbspunsalted butter
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  4. 1Cooking spray
  5. 1 1/2 lbtilapia fillets
  6. 2 tbspItalian parsley, chopped

    Preheat oven to broil.

  2. 2

    Combine butter, salt, and seasonings.

  3. 3

    Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

  4. 4

    Add fish in single layer and top with seasoned butter.

  5. 5

    Broil 5-6 mins or until fish is opaque and separates easily.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with parsley.
