Ingredients

  • pancake mix
  • 1/2 cupprotein
  • 1/2 cupinstant oatmeal
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupskim milk
  • 1/2 cupegg beaters/egg whites
  • Topping
  • 1 bunchstrawberries
  • 1 bunchBanana

Steps

  1. 1

    chop up toppings and set aside

  2. 2

    put a skillet on medium heat on stove

  3. 3

    mix together pancake mix (add splenda for taste if preferred)

  4. 4

    pouring 1/4 cup of batter on skillet at a time use a spoon to form pancake into a nice circle

  5. 5

    serve and top immediately after cooking

  6. 6

    enjoy (:
