Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbturkey or chicken sausage (removed from casing)
  2. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  3. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 2 largecarrots, diced
  5. 1 largered potato, diced
  6. 2 tspItalian seasonings
  7. 2 canchicken broth (14 oz. each)
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes
  9. 1 canwhite beans

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Saute onions and garlic with sausage until browned.

  2. 2

    Add carrots, potatoes, and seasonings and cook 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve with grated cheese and crusty bread.
