It's very healthy, yummy and tasty breakfast dish with lots of veggies...
Steps

Wash and soak poha,drain excess water and keep aside.

Peel and cut all veggies.

Boiled the peas.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add chopped green chilli,curry leaves and onion,saute it.

Add tomato when soft the tomato add spices and saute for 5 Minutes till leave the oil.add all veggies and mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Now add soaked poha and mix well.cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Add lemon juice and green coriander.

Serve hot this healthy and yummy dish....
