  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 spoonSuji/maida
  • 1 teaspoonElaichi powder
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Pehle chhena ko suji ya maida milkar achhse mash karein fir usme chini aur elaichi powder milakar fir se mash karein

  2. 2

    Fir pan me tel garam karein haton me thoda chhena lekar ball banae fir chapta karke deep fry karle

  3. 3

    For chasni ready karein 1 cup chini me 1/3 cup pani dekar boil karein aur ek taar ki hone tak pakaye

  4. 4

    Fir chasni ko thanda hone de aur halki garam chasni me sare chhena malpue dal de aur chasni sahit serve karein
