Ek bade bartan (vessel) me half tbsp oil dale or jab woh garam to jaye usme 1 tsp haldi dale or Abb jo thin poha woh isme dale or slow gas me halke haaton se hilate rahein. Jab chivda thoda stiff ho jaye toh usko thali me alag se nikal le.

Abb isi bartan me do tbsp oil dale usme hari mirch,lehsun usse thoda chilke ke saat hi crush kar le. Or oil me dalke bhunle or curry leaves daal de Abb roasted chana daal,red chilli powder,chivda powder and salt daalke jaldi se mix kar ke dono type ke pohe isme add kar lein.

Abb issi me roasted,sev or little sugar daalke sab mixture ko halke haaton se ache mix kar lein.
