Ingredients

  • 1 kgpork belly
  • 4large carrots
  • 4onions
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 kgsmall potatoes
  • herbs and spices of your liking

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up the veggies into a dish and place the pork belly on top fat side facing up

    Light the your jiko oven and cook on medium heat for 1.5hours turning it twice.

  3. 3

    Let it rest for 5mins and carve and serve in its mafuta with the carrots and onions etc.
