In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the dry yeast in the warm water. Add half the flour and beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour and all other ingredients until it forms a soft dough that cleans the bowl. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl (I used olive oil), turning once to grease the top. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place until doubled-about an hour and a half. Once the dough has risen, punch the dough down, place back into the bowl and cover to let rise again..about an hour. Divide into 4 parts...place in greased pans. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
