Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1Onion, chopped
  • 2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  • 2Leeks, chopped (optional)
  • 4-5 Chicken pieces
  • 2Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2Carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1Any other vegetables
  • 2Cubes chicken stock
  • 1 tbspCorn flower
  • 1/4 cupmilk or cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a pot

  2. 2

    Add the stock (500ml) and seasoning and bring to boil, then simmer.

  3. 3

    Mix the cornflower with the cream or milk and add.

  4. 4

    Cook for 45 min (until potatoes are cooked through)

  5. 5

    If chicken had bones, remove them.
