Ingredients

3 servings

1Onion, chopped
2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
400 gramsBeef, cubed
2Potatoes, peeled and chopped
2Carrots, peeled and sliced
1Any other vegetables
2Cubes beef stock
1 tbspBisto
1Curry Powder (optional)

Steps

Fry onions and garlic in some oil, add curry powder (optional) and mixed herbs.

Add beef cubes and fry till browned

Add potatoes, carrots and any other vegetables and fry for 1 min

Add beef stock (cubes disolved in 1 cup water) and sprinkle in Bisto powder. More water may be needed. Leave to simmer.

Cook for 45 min (until potatoes are cooked through)
