Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupbeans, soaked overnight
  2. 2 cupsamp
  3. 1Onion, chopped
  4. 2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  5. 2Chicken or veg stock cubes (chicken is best)
  6. 1Curry Powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion and garlic in oil till translucent

  2. 2

    Add curry powder and fry for 1 min (optional)

  3. 3

    Add samp and beans and fry a little

  4. 4

    Dissolve stock cubes in 500ml water and add

  5. 5

    Add seasoning and turn down heat to simmer

  6. 6

    Cook for 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed
