Ingredients

3 servings

2 cupbeans, soaked overnight
2 cupsamp
1Onion, chopped
2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
2Chicken or veg stock cubes (chicken is best)
1Curry Powder (optional)

Steps

Fry onion and garlic in oil till translucent

Add curry powder and fry for 1 min (optional)

Add samp and beans and fry a little
4

Dissolve stock cubes in 500ml water and add

Add seasoning and turn down heat to simmer
6

Cook for 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed
