Chili Smash
Fresh or Leftover mashed potatoes put to good use.
Steps

Cook the onion and ground chuck and when it's no longer pink and the onions are tender drain the excessive amounts of oil.

Add the spices to taste. Set aside.

Wash peel and cube the potatoes and boil till fork tender. Drain.

Add milk butter and salt to the pot where you boiled the potatoes.

Add potatoes and smash them then mix well.

Let the potatoes cool. Then refrigerate till cold.

Heat a skillet add the smashed potatoes and fry till caramelized a bit.

Add potatoes to a plate

Add chili on top, then the shredded cheese. I hope you enjoy!!!
