Baking for the 2nd time this week and loving it.
Steps

In a mixer bowl,measure sugar flavour and eggs.using the ballon whisk of thr mixer whisknon high speed untill mixture is well mixed and foamy.

Add milk and water mix with hands till is mixed very well.add the milk mixture to the batter and continue whisking on low speed.

Measure butter and add to the mixture,mix till well combined.

Sieve flour into a bowl,add baking powder and preservatives to it.pour inside the main mixture of eggs,butter etc and allow to combine on low speed

Bake in moderately h9t oven.bake for 45-1hr.

Rub margarine on 8pan dust with Flour.pour the batter into already greased pan.
