This has been passed down through my grandma, to my mom, and now onto us kids and our kids. We are unsure where it came from but is a family favorite.
The season salt can be adjusted and you can substitute for other seasonings for a slightly different flavor.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Trim and halve the breasts

In bowl, finely crush the crackers
- 4
Add cheese and season salt
- 5
Toss the mixture evenly.

Melt the butter in sauce pan.
- 7
Dip chicken in butter, dredge in mixture and fully coat chicken.

Tightly wrap chicken in foil and place on baking sheet.

Cook chicken for 45 mins, it will remain moist.
