3 eachBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 packagesRitz Crackers
3 tbspbutter
1 cupCheese
4 tbspLowrys Season Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Trim and halve the breasts

In bowl, finely crush the crackers

Add cheese and season salt

Toss the mixture evenly.

Melt the butter in sauce pan.

Dip chicken in butter, dredge in mixture and fully coat chicken.

Tightly wrap chicken in foil and place on baking sheet.

Cook chicken for 45 mins, it will remain moist.
