Ingredients

  1. 1 cupolive oil
  2. 1 cupcanola oil
  3. 1 cupbalsamic vinegar
  4. 2 1/2 tbspDijon mustard
  5. 1/4 bunchfresh herbs ( thyme, rosemary, oregano) finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cupwhite sugar

  1. 1

    Get a huge mixing bowl. Add sugar, herbs, mustard and vinegar

  2. 2

    Add both oils. Blend well with an immersion blender. Or add all these to a regular blender. But work quickly otherwise oils will not mix.

  3. 3

    Chill. Dressing will be very thick. Make sure to stir or shake if kept in a bottle before throwing it on your salad!
