Get a huge mixing bowl. Add sugar, herbs, mustard and vinegar

Add both oils. Blend well with an immersion blender. Or add all these to a regular blender. But work quickly otherwise oils will not mix.

Chill. Dressing will be very thick. Make sure to stir or shake if kept in a bottle before throwing it on your salad!
