Ingredients

  • For Malpuva batter:
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1/4 cupmilk powder
  • 1/4 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/8 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 cupwarm milk
  • Pinchsalt
  • as neededGhee for deep frying
  • For chasni:
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2 cupwater
  • as neededFew strands of kesar
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • For Raj Ratan Shrikhand:
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1/2 cuppowded sugar
  • 1 tbspkesar milk
  • 1/2 cupmixed dry fruits (kaju, Anjeer, almond, pista, kismis)

Steps

  1. 1

    First mixed all ingredients of malpua batter and keep aside for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Mix all chasni material and prepare a chasni, just sticky chasni you have to prepare.

  3. 3

    After 10 min put a kadai on gas and heat up ghee for frying then with the help of laddle put a malpuva in hot ghee and fry them on medium flame.

  4. 4

    After frying all malpuva deep malpuva in warm chasni. Let deep in chasni for 5min.After 5 min remove malpuva from chasni and sprinkle some dry fruits flakes.

  5. 5

    Malpuva served with Rabdi or whipped cream or with shrikhand or with kheer as u like

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients of shrikhand and chilled it and serve.
