Kibbeh in Yogurt Sauce

Steps
- 1
Fry the kibbeh. Prepare the regular kibbeh; I will share the kibbeh recipe in another post. ☺
- 2
Add the cornstarch to the yogurt and bring it to a boil without adding water. Let it sit for half an hour after boiling until it thickens, then add the kibbeh.
- 3
Add the kibbeh, fried garlic, and mint, and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Be careful not to break the kibbeh.

Enjoy! I served it without rice because I like it this way, but you can serve it with rice and vermicelli or plain white rice if you prefer. 😊
