Soak the Rice for a few hoirs, at least 2-3 hrs

Rinse the rice in cold water, a few times

Boil until cooked then drain off the water, rinse off again in cold water 4 or 5 times

Mix in cinnamon and sugar, stir gently until mixed

Put the rice in a oven dish, and mix in the milk and the cream,

Put in oven on 150°C or gas 6 for about 10 mins. If it is too dry when mixed you can add more milk and a little more cream. Put back in the oven for 5 mins.

Take it out and leave to go cold, you can add a teaspoon of your favourite jam for extra flavour, just drop the blob of jam in the middle of the rice in the bowl for presentation!
