For stuffing :-
At low flame of gas, take a frying pan and add deshi ghee and roast the suji for 10 - 15 mins. Add grinded sugar and dry fruits. Take the stuffing in another utensil and let it cool down. - 2
For dough :-. Take 2cups whole wheat flour, 1 cup maida, a pinch of salt and food colouring. Mix them well and make a smooth dough.

For syrup :-. Take a pan and add 4 cups sugar and 2 glass of water. Mix them them well in gas till it becomes thick.

Make equal portions of dough for gujiya. Add the stuffing of gujiya at the center and close the side ends of it. You can make different side shapes. Fry the gujiya in frying pan. Let them cool down. Add them in sugar syrup. Take out from there place them in serving dish.
