Bulgur with Tomatoes (Bulgur bi Banadora)

Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft, then add the bulgur and cook for a few minutes. Set aside.

In the same pot, add more olive oil and sauté the red and green bell peppers with the red pepper paste and tomato paste. Add the tomatoes and bouillon cube, and stir well.

Add the sautéed bulgur and onions back to the pot along with the hot water and a little more olive oil. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the bulgur is tender.
