Heat tortillas over medium heat in a large skillet coated with organic cooking spray. Saut? for about 30 seconds per side until golden.

Saut? broccoli and carrots over medium heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Spread bean dip over tortillas. Top evenly with vegetables, avocado, cheese and sour cream. Top with green onions and cilantro, if desired.

This same recipe can be served with the vegetables cold as well.
