Ingredients

  1. 1kgfull cream milk
  2. 15-20almonds
  3. 15-20cashews
  4. 10pistcho
  5. 4-5 tspmelon seeds
  6. 2-3 tsppoppy seeds
  7. 5-6green cardamom
  8. 8-10black pepper corn
  9. 2-3 tsprose petals
  10. 1 tspbutterscotch flavor
  11. 1/2 cupsugar
  12. 4-5saffron threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk in a pan and boiled it.

  2. 2

    Soaked almonds, cashews, poppy seeds and melon seeds for 5-6 hours.

  3. 3

    Drain the water and make a paste of all soaked dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Add rose petals, cardamom and black pepper corn in a mixer,make a powder.

  5. 5

    Add sugar in boiled milk and butterscotch flavor and take a boil.

  6. 6

    Now add dry fruits paste and rose petals powder and take 4-5 boil.

  7. 7

    Put in freezer and cool it.

  8. 8

    Serve cool and garnish with pistcho.
