Pour juice, cider & cinnamon sticks in a pan and cook on stove for 1-2 hours. Let simmer. (Do NOT boil)

Pour in Everclear. If you don't plan on drinking right away, you can let it cool for awhile so this way you will still have all of the alcohol flavor. I like it both ways!

Pour into shot glasses or Solo cups then scoop desired amount of ice cream on top! May also sprinkle cinnamon on top of ice cream. It also looks pretty!
