Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgRefined flour
  2. Oil for fry
  3. 2 tspCaram seeds
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1.5 tspBlack salt
  6. 1 tspOinon seeds
  7. 2 tsprayta masala
  8. 1 tspjaljeera masala
  9. Red chilli powder as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in flour

  2. 2

    Gradually add water to prepare dough

  3. 3

    Prepare small balls of the dough

  4. 4

    Softly press the balls against comb or fork while rotating to give shape

  5. 5

    Deep fry in oil at low or medium heat

  6. 6
