Ingredients

6servings
  1. 1/2 kgyellow beans
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. 1big onion
  4. 4bulb garlic
  5. 1whole hot pepper.optional
  6. 2tspspoons of curry
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 2 cupsbasmati rice.(choice)
  9. 2 tspseasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak ur beans for 30min before boiling them.u can use pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Put a pinch of salt as it boils.

  3. 3

    Prepare your onions, tomatoes,garlic together..

  4. 4

    Boil ur rice.Garnish it with masala to ur taste.

  5. 5

    The beans now are cooked.Fry ur onions and garlic till medium brown.Add tomatoes, stir them till they blend with the onions.

  6. 6

    Add curry powder and continue stirring. Add ur boiled beans and mix them well.Add salt,seasonig to taste.

  7. 7

    Add little water to bring it to boil.Place ur pepper an cover it for a while in medium heat.

  8. 8

    Serve with ur rice and enjoy.
