5moong daa
  1. 1 bowlurad dal
  2. 1 bowlmoong dal
  3. 1 bowlhung curd
  4. 1 tspJeera powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspBlack salt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1 tspKala chat masala
  10. 2-3 tspImli ki saunth
  11. leavesFew chopped coriander
  12. 2-3 tspGreen chutney

    Soak both the dals overnight.

    Drain the water.

  3. 3

    Now grind them adding hing.

    Now brush the appam patra.

    Put the batter in it.

    Cover the lid.

    Now flip it after 2mins.

    See both the sides are cooked.

    Now transfer it to the lukewarm water.

    It will make the bhallas soft.

    Drain it and press the bhallas and put it into the hung curd.

    It should be dipped.

    Now put all the masalas on it.

    Then put the green chutney and imli ki saunth on it.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and anar dana.
