Ingredients

  1. 250 gramswhole wheat pasta
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1green bell pepper
  4. 1onion diced
  5. 1 1/2 tsppaprika
  6. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1sea salt and pepper
  8. 1 dashchipotle sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the vegetables and bring a pan of water to the boil

    Fry off the onion in a medium high heated skillet. Then add in the bell pepper and finally the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Salt the veggies and add the paprika.

  4. 4

    Add pepper and chipotle sauce to taste then add in the cooked pasta when the peppers are tender. Stir and serve.
